Lodi Memorial Hospital is a 173-bed, non-profit, acute-care hospital, owned by the Lodi Memorial Hospital Association. Association membership is open to anyone for a one-time, lifetime fee of $100.  Members participate in the annual election of board members who direct the hospital.
