Falls are a major threat to the health and independence of people aged 65 and older. They can be devastating, costly but, mostly, falls can be prevented. Lodi Health is teaming up with LOEL Center to provide a falls-prevention program for older adults in our community. The program offers a team of professionals who will evaluate, educate and share falls-prevention strategies with participants. By offering this falls-prevention program, falls can be reduced and older adults can live better, longer lives.
The Lodi Health team will meet individually with participants to coach them through the program.
To schedule, call 209.369.1591.
The falls-prevention program is a community service provided by Lodi Health and the LOEL Senior Center. It is free to participants.
