Kevin Vondergeest, Wellness Coordinator

Background and education:

  • CSU Stanislaus, BA in physical education, concentration on wellness management; ACSM health fitness specialist
  • Loves to be outdoors, walking, hiking, camping, enjoying the Sierras
  • He’s a sports junkie. Baseball is his passion, plays softball whenever he can

What Kevin says about working at Lodi Health:
“I’m passionate about helping people with their personal health. Being the wellness coordinator gives me the opportunity to motivate my peers to become better people, inside and out, so they can live life to the fullest. The Live More Healthfully Wellness Program provides free health screenings, one-on-one conversations on behavior change and fun group challenges that have made a difference in the lives of several employees. I hope my work with Lodi Health brings a way for others to enhance their quality of life - now and forever more.”


Glenna Sedgeman, Exercise Technician

Things you may not know about Glenna:

  • She has been an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer since 2009
  • She attended San Joaquin Delta College and Sacramento City College, majoring in health sciences

Ryan Porter, Exercise Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in health and wellness promotion
  • Certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine
  • He enjoys basketball and lifting weights

Brant Massey, Exercise Specialist

Things you may not know about Brant:

  • He has a bachelor of science in exercise science
  • He enrolled in a masters program in health administration at Ohio University
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer
  • He is an assistant to the Lodi Health Employee Wellness program
  • He has teaching credentials
  • He served on the Walk for the Health of It entertainment committee for two years
  • He coached the Lodi Health softball team for a season
